Dyslexia is a language based learning disability that is related to dysgraphia and dyscalculia. Of people with poor reading 70 to 80% are probably dyslexic. Below 1/3 of kids with reading disabilities have dyslexia and get school services.
    Dysgraphia is deficiency in the ability to write. Dyscalculia is like dyslexia but with math. 
    It is a learning disability not a mental disability. It makes it very hard for a student who has dyslexia. It makes it hard to spell, wright, and pronouncing words.
    Some causes are well people haven't really found out what it is but most people think it's just the way the brain develops and functions. Another reason is people with dyslexia have problems learning how letters represent those sounds.
    About 85% of students with LD students have dyslexia. In a dyslexics life school is one of the hardest times.
